	WS1500
		The WS1500 Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) is the simple solution for collecting discrete (dry contact) alarms, with an IP interface capable of communicating to a host via SNMP. This RTU is competitively priced to meet smaller point count requirements. Westronic Systems products have traditionally focused on collecting and concentrating large amounts of discrete and serial alarm data into TABS, E2A or TL-1 protocols. The WS1500 augments Westronic’s current remote site monitor product line by adding an economically priced product to interface with SNMP based network management systems. Remote configuration and upgrade capabilities ensures the WS1500 features will evolve with market demands. The configuration is stored in nonvolatile memory and can be updated "on the fly". Simplicity in configuration and ease of use mean low cost to install and maintain.
